About the Author
David Taylor was born in Oregon, United States. Ever since a teenager,he found himself "stuck" with a short stature all the way intoadulthood. As a result, he found himself being mocked at by his friends, colleagues and relatives.
One day, he finally had enough and hedecided to do something to increase his height. But no matter what hedid, nothing seems to work. Sure, some of the methods to "fake" hisheight like wearing thick insoles did work, but none of those increasedhis height permanently.
And just as he was about to accept thefact that "you can't do anything to your height because it's all aboutyour genetics", he stumbled upon the little known techniques whichhelped him gain an additional 4 inches within weeks.
Inspired byhis own success, he decided to share his knowledge with other people sono one has to go through the emotional struggles he did. Today, he isthe author of 2 books which has taught hundreds of people to unlocktheir body's natural growth mechanism even after puberty.

Interesting...

I bought this about 4 months ago, but only completed the first week. Now, I've decided getting to 5'4 whas my new years resolution. I've done about 10 days of it and it's going pretty well-I already grew 1/4 of an inch. I know that might not seem like much, but I'm 1/4 inch taller then I was before. After the first day of the middle stage, i was quite sore, but worked through it. He tells you to do stage one excercises along with stage two, but ain't nobody got time for that! So I'm still doing what is told, but not as thoroughly as the first stage alone. Overall, I recommend it, but you must be patient and devoted to this. I'll check back up in a few weeks to document progress.
Starting height: 5'0.75
Current height: 5'1
Ideal height: 5'6 (hey, I'm still in adolescents, so there's a chance)
Goal height: 5'4
UPDATE:
It is now January 12, 2013 and I'm 16 days from the finish line. There wasn't any height increase, but in the book it says that will come in the later stage. Some of the exrcises were really hard and didn't make sense. Like the kung fu squats and tip toe stretches. How do I keep my back perpendicular to the ground when I'm squating, and how do I hold a strench for three minutes straight? I just substituted another excercise for the kung fu squats and did the tip toe stretch in one minute intervals. I'll update again right before the advanced stage.
UPDATE:
This is mostly to let you know I'm still here and still fighting towards the end (ok, that might have been slightly dramatic, this isn't a war or anything.) I'm 4.5 days away from the end of stage 2. Sometimes it's hard to get myself up earlier to do the exrcises, but just do it. You need to feed your fish? That fish can wait, just do the exercises first. I am eternally thankful the I'm done with the first two weeks of this stage so I no longer have to do and extra 10 minutes of this twice a day. For the 'back flip' in stage two, I'm up to 36 inches. This is probably because I'm pretty flexible, but please don't hurt yourself. I'll update the day I finish this stage.

Holy crap IT WORKS

I wanted to wait awhile after buying this to comment so I was iffy about buying this because I've tried something like this in the past and it did not work at all so let me just explain how well this worked for me. BTW I'm 21 and male
I bought this book in Early May of 2013 I believe
Starting Height: 5'3
Height after 2 weeks of intermittent use: 5'4 1'2
Height after 2 months of intermittent use: 5'6
So I've reached my desired height and I am absolutely amazed at how this works the doctors told me I was done growing at 18 but I guess not! so if you want to get taller this IS the way to do it but if you want MAXIMUM growth and not just 3 inches STICK WITH IT don't do it sporadically like I did

Improve your back health and get taller eventually

The exercises are efficient for sure. But it takes time. I gained one centimeter after doing the program for 2 months. But then I stopped and loose 0.5 centimeter.
The program also alllows you to improve your joint, espcially your back! I recommand this book for every one with back issue.
