This is a great, easy to read guide on what to know before you sign a contract. D.C. Toedt has done a masterful job of showing what business managers and executives need to know before they sign away every cent they've earned. I have a law degree but am not a specialist in Intellectual Property. D.C. Toedt is. Read it; you'll be grateful.
